Cash-Only Bail Bonds is a full service bail bond company, which specializes in "cash-only" bail bonds. Cash bonds are set by the court for a variety of reasons, including the most common causes; failure to pay a fine on a prior case and failure to appear before the court on a scheduled appearance. In these cases, the court orders a cash-only bond in an attempt to secure a cash fine or ensure the appearance of a defendant it may consider to be a flight risk. Cash-Only Bail Bonds will make every effort to facilitate your rapid release from jail.

Cash-Only Bail Bonds in Coconino, Yavapai, Navajo & Maricopa Counties

Court-ordered cash-only bail has been found to be unconstitutional in some States, the argument being that cash-only bail deprives a defendant of their constitutional rights to use a surety, thus forcing the defendant to submit only one form of bail...cash. The State of Arizona does not hold to that argument. Cash-only bail bonds may be ordered by the Court in several instances;

1. when a defendant has failed to make payments on a fine,
2. when a defendant has failed to appear for a hearing, and
3. when a defendant is being held for extradition on a warrant from another State.

Naturally, there are no hard fast rules, each Court may administer cash-only bonds based upon its own discretion.

Although anyone may post a cash bond, not everyone has the cash to post. With sufficient collateral to secure the bond, we can post our cash for bail. We can also act as a third-party and post your cash. Fees associated with cash-only bail bonds are higher than typical surety bonds, they are dependant upon many factors, including: collateral offered, if the defendant lives locally, and defendant's Court history.

Cash-Only Bail Bonds (928) 773-1997

Collateral is at the core of every bail bond transaction.
When you lack the funds to pay the premium in full, but your collateral meets or exceeds the requirements of the bond, you still may be able to bail yourself or a loved one out of jail by making payments.

Factors we seriously look at, include:

  • Employment: What do you do, how long have you worked there?
  • Residency: How long have you lived in town, do you own or rent?
  • Family: Do you have roots in the community?
  • Collateral: Can we hold it until the bond is exonerated?
  • Premium Payments: How much and how often?
At Cash-Only Bail Bonds we try to look at the whole picture.

If bail has been set as "Cash-Only", call us... we can help.

Greetings from Cash-Only Bail Bonds

Trying to bail someone out of jail can be frustrating and intimidating. The whole process of submitting collateral to secure the bond, the paying of a premium to a bondsman, and signing all those required documents is sure to make anyone feel ill at ease. Now, on top of this, you discover the Court has ordered the bail set as "cash-only", meaning the bond must be posted 100% in cash.

Few bail bond companies will post cash bonds, forcing friends and relatives the added burden of raising the full bond amount in cash. It's no wonder that most people who have been arrested and ordered to post a cash-only bond remain in jail until sentencing.

Cash-Only Bail Bonds was established in 2007 and is Arizona's only bail bond company, which specializes exclusively in "cash-only" bail bonds.
